Finance Manager – Interior Design Studio

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading international Interior Design Studio based in Dubai, supporting the financial management and commercial performance of the business’s international operations across multiple regions.

This is a senior finance position where the candidate will work closely with senior management and regional teams to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, effective working capital management and robust financial visibility across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and monitor the financial operations of multiple international entities across the UK, Asia and Australia.
– Oversee accounting systems, bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial controls across regional offices.
– Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
– Consolidate regional accounts and support year-end reporting and audit processes.
– Take ownership of cash-flow management and forecasting, with a strong focus on receivables and collections.
– Monitor outstanding receivables, billing procedures and client payment cycles to optimise working capital.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
– 10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally within an international professional services, architecture, engineering, interior design or project-based environment.
– Strong experience managing multi-country / multi-entity finance operations.
Proven experience in cash-flow management, forecasting, receivables and working capital management.
