We are currently recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator / BIM Specialist to join a leading fit-out business based in Riyadh, specialising in high-end residential and commercial office fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination / BIM modelling, preferably within fit-out, interior design, or construction environments
- Strong experience working on high-end residential, luxury, commercial office, or premium fit-out projects
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
