BIM Manager

A well-established and globally recognized OEM is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to join its growing team in Sharjah, UAE. BIM professional to take ownership of BIM strategy and delivery across large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects, while leading a high-performing team of approximately 15 BIM Engineers and Coordinators.

Lead and manage the BIM team, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple industrial projects. Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans. Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities across engineering, design, and project teams. Ensure compliance with client requirements and international BIM standards. Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes, digital engineering, and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing BIM teams.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and other BIM platforms.
