An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to join a leading MEP contractor delivering high-profile building projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all on-site MEP construction activities, ensuring work is executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.
- Coordinate closely with the client, consultant, main contractor, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP construction, with a strong track record on large-scale building projects.
- Previous experience working with a reputable MEP contractor in the UAE or GCC is essential.
- Strong knowledge of MEP installation, project execution, subcontractor management, and site coordination.
- Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver projects safety, on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
