We are working with a fast-growing entertainment group in the UAE, searching for a Head of Culinary & F&B Operations to lead food operations across multiple venues, including an exciting pre-opening project in Abu Dhabi.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a high-volume live operation while simultaneously building the systems, teams, and standards for a brand-new venue from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–12 years of culinary & F&B operational experience
- UAE hospitality background preferred
- Proven experience in high-volume, event-driven operations
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Dubai kitchen operations, quality, hygiene, cost, and team performance
- Lead birthday & event food execution across high-volume weekends
- Drive food cost management, manpower planning & procurement
- Build and implement SOPs across all UAE venues
- Lead the full culinary setup for the Abu Dhabi pre-opening
- Build scalable culinary systems to support UAE-wide growth
