IT Manager / Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager / Digital Transformation Manager to join a leading organisation based in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader to shape and execute the company’s IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and oversee enterprise-wide technology operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technology leadership and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and best practices to protect business systems and data.
• Manage enterprise applications, including ERP, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and other business-critical systems.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Lead the adoption of construction technology, AI, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Manage IT vendors, technology partners, software licensing, and service providers.
• Ensure IT governance, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management frameworks are maintained.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and investment plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, ERP systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience working for a large multinational organisation or within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
