Senior Planning and Controls Director

We are seeking a Senior Planning Director to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale real estate and mixed-use developments. The role is responsible for overseeing project planning, procurement strategy, commercial governance, programme performance, contractor claims, extension of time (EOT) assessments, and budget control across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 18–20+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-billion-dollar real estate or mixed-use developments, with significant UAE/GCC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Proven expertise in project planning, governance, procurement strategy, construction delivery, and programme management.
• Strong experience managing contractor claims, EOT evaluations, commercial risk, and budget performance.
