The Project Technical Manager is responsible for leading technical design coordination and execution for mid- to high-rise residential and commercial projects. The role includes reviewing IFC drawings, implementing value engineering solutions, developing site logistics plans, managing RFIs, coordinating specialist subcontractors, and overseeing multidisciplinary shop drawing coordination across structural, architectural, interior design, and MEP disciplines to Tier-1 contractor standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience delivering mid- to high-rise residential and commercial turnkey projects in the UAE.
- Strong expertise in BIM-based design review, working with BIM teams to identify and resolve design and coordination clashes.
- Advanced experience in structural engineering, including formwork, post-tension (PT) slab, and retaining wall calculations.
- Proven ability to manage technical submittals and secure consultant approvals for materials and engineering proposals.
