The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead the commercial, contractual, and financial management of ADNOC oil & gas infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration, subcontractor management, and variation assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of ADNOC project experience on offshore and/or onshore oil & gas infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in contract administration, cost control, claims, variations, and final accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction and oil & gas market.
- Proven ability to manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and reporting requirements.
