The Commercial Director will oversee pre-contract strategy, robust contractual negotiations, cost governance, and specialist subcontractor procurement. The role requires driving Tier-1 contractor-level commercial execution, managing complex variation and claim workflows, and supervising the multi-disciplinary financial coordination of major infrastructure and building projects.
Key Experience:
- Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree with a proven track record delivering major infrastructure (roads, bridges, water) or large-scale turnkey projects in the UAE.
- Strong commercial proficiency managing FIDIC contracts, dispute resolution, and mitigating financial risks alongside senior stakeholders.
