We recruiting a Contracts Director (Data Centre projects) for a leading real estate developer in Dubai.
The role will have responsibility across the full contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, administration, claims, dispute resolution, arbitration and commercial risk management.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience across data centre / mission-critical projects, with particular expertise in core location agreements, data centre core spaces, contractor and subcontractor agreements, consultant appointments and customer-facing contracts.
