Senior Transformer Manufacturing Process Expert

We are currently supporting a leading power equipment manufacturer in the search for a Senior Transformer Manufacturing Process Expert to join a new transformer manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia. This is a highly technical, hands-on role for an experienced transformer manufacturing professional who can provide expert-level process support for 110kV+ power transformers and reactors, with particular focus on manufacturing process development, optimisation, quality improvement and production ramp-up.

As a Process Specialist you will be responsible for develop and standardise process plans, work instructions, process specifications and validation requirements. Provide technical expertise across core assembly, winding, insulation processing, lead assembly, active-part assembly, drying, final assembly and oil treatment. Work closely with design, quality, production, testing and procurement teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in power transformer manufacturing
• Strong hands-on experience with 220kV+ transformers and reactors
• Extensive knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, including winding, core assembly, insulation, active-part assembly, drying and oil treatment
• Experience with 380kV+ transformers or reactors would be a strong advantage
