This role requires a boardroom-ready leader to take command of the central Industrial Compound for one of the UAE’s most prestigious Tier 1 contractors. You will be the HSE figurehead for the hub supporting significant infrastructure and building works, including modular, scaffolding, and plant units. High-intensity oversight and strategic decision-making at the group level will be required.
MUST HAVE:
– Proven experience in industrial HSE management
– Ability to manage large-scale, high-intensity industrial operations
– Boardroom experience, capable of influencing GM and executive-level strategy
– Strong leadership skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams
