Operations Manager – Tier 1 Contractor  

This role requires a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects in Dubai, including villa communities (up to 1,000 units) and high-rise buildings, leading Project Directors and driving delivery excellence for a Tier 1 contractor.

Must have experience:

• 10–15+ years in construction operations, with multi-project oversight in residential and high-rise developments
• Proven experience managing Project Directors and multi-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, HSE standards, and Tier 1 contractor operations
• Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.

Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
