Our client, a prestigious and well-established Main Contractor in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Project Managerto lead and deliver major construction projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

Provide regular reporting to senior management and maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory).

Proven track record delivering major construction projects valued at AED 100 million or more.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with reputable main contractors in the UAE is highly advantageous.
