We are representing a well-established EPC company in the Oil & Gas sector and are seeking a Project Director to lead large-scale projects across the region.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive technical and managerial expertise in large-scale Oil & Gas or petrochemical refinery projects. You will oversee construction, project execution, and complex multidisciplinary interfaces, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements:

15–18 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with end-to-end involvement in processing plant projects—from initiation to completion

EPC background is essential; ADNOC approvals are a strong advantage

Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
