Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy of the interior design studio.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure project profitability.

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support growth initiatives.

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Manage client relationships and support key stakeholder engagement.

• Monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities.
